The picture on the left was taken on January 30 and the one on the right was taken on May 21. Can you notice the difference? During this period, I went to the gym 50 times. Probably the biggest my arms have ever been. But this post isn’t about my arms. And I know I still have a long way to go.
Today’s post is about consistency
If you do one thing repeatedly for a long enough time and put your heart and soul into it, you WILL improve. Simple as that. Yet I see most of you don’t do it, cant do it, choose not to do it. Most of you think that you are doing much but complain you dont see results. In reality, you can’t focus on a task for more than 10 minutes, watch Instagram reels and YouTube shorts non-stop, follow downright useless channels on Telegram, and argue with strangers in the comments. You don’t have self-control and you dont even have hobbies.
This is your reminder that you should start today. Do what you should do, do it every day, spend hours on it. Find hobbies, be productive. Control yourself. Leave useless channels. Delete instagram. In 3-4 months, you’ll be a much better version of yourself.
